Because President Heap called President Billy Riley (the former District President) to be his first counselor in the Mission Presidency, we traveled to Fort Stockton and reorganize the District Presidency. President Moon was called as the new President, with President Brooks and President Curtis as his counselors.

| During the Saturday evening session, even though everybody had their phones turned on silent, the whole building came alive when everybody received this warning on their phones. As horrible as a flood is, many prayers were answered as Texas received some MUCH NEEDED moisture. |
