Thanksgiving 2014

All over the Texas Lubbock Mission our missionaries looked for opportunities to show their gratitude by being of service in a multitude of ways. Zone Leaders Elder Layne and Elder Shaw organized a service project with the Salvation Army putting together Christmas boxes for the Lubbock North Zone. It was a super way to spend Thanksgiving morning.
Elder Layne held the record for the highest tower of boxes.
The whole group...after the work is done there may have been time for a little fun:)
Group push-ups!!

...and not to be outdone: the sisters also do push-ups!!!
....and no Thanksgiving is complete without a LIMBO.
...and a lot of love...
And then ...decorating the mission home...inside...
...and outside:)
There's something 'wrong' with the 75* weather!!
The reward for hard work: turkey and ALL the trimmings!
